2- سياسة إرجاع: في حال وجود خطأ جزئي أو كلي في طلب العميل او في حالة تدني جودة المنتجات يمكنه إعادة كامل الطلبية أو جزء منها فور وصول الطلبية لموظف التوصيل وسيتم إعادة فرق المبلغ، لن يتم قبول إعادة أي شيء بعد مغادرة موظف التوصيل، لذلك ننصح العميل دائما بتفحص محتويات الطلب بوجود موظف التوصيل وقبل مغادرته.
3- إلغاء/تعديل الطلب: يحق للعميل إلغاء او تعديل الطلب قبل الساعة 12 مساءاً في نافذة (طلباتي)، وفي حال تم إلغاءه ضمن فترة التوصيل دون سبب ،فيحق لنا خفض أولويته في الخدمة.
4- الصور المستخدمة: معظم الصور المستخدمة في الموقع وتطبيقاتنا ووسائل التواصل قد خضعت لبعض التحسينات لتتلائم مع أغراض النشر، ولا يعني مطابقتها لأرض الواقع.
5- ملاحظات : تشجع (فريش) العملاء على إعطاء تقييمهم عقب إتمام كل عملية بيع عبر التطبيق او مركز خدمات العملاء او مواقع التواصل الإجتماعية وسوف تعرض المعلومات الأسترجاعية مع هوية المستخدم على الإدارة لزيادة الجودة والمحافظة عليها.
6- الخصوصية: تحترم (فريش) خصوصية زبائنها وخصوصا مع التطور والتقدم الحاصل في عالم الرقمية والأنترنت. ولذلك تشرح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية تجميع واستخدام المعلومات الشخصية المجمعة من زبائننا وكيفية الحفاظ عليها، باستخدام التطبيق يوافق المستخدم على تجميع المعلومات واستخدامها ضمن إطار هذه السياسة. و بالتالي تلتزم (فريش) من جهتها بالحفاظ على خصوصية المعلومات المجمعة من زبائنها في جميع الأوقات وفي حال قيامنا بطلب معلومات تعريفية اضافية لتعزيز تجربة زبائننا جراء استخدام هذا الموقع، فإننا نتعهد باستخدامها ضمن إطار هذه السياسة ليس إلا . نقوم بجمع المعلومات التالية:
الإسم
معلومات الإتصال بما فيها البريد الإلكترونى ورقم الهاتف
معلومات عنوان التوصيل مثل المنطقة، المبنى ورقم المنزل
الطلبيات القديمة
7- رسائل فريش: تستخدم (فريش) الرسائل النصية للتواصل مع العملاء في الأمور المهمة كتأكيد الطلبات وارسال العروض المهمة.
8- هواتف فريش: عند تحميل التطبيق يتم عمل (جهة اتصال)باسم (FRESH Delivery) بها ارقام هواتف موظفي التوصيل، لتأكيد هوية موظفي توصيل (فريش) قبل قبول المكالمة بدءاً.
9- تغير الشروط واالحكام: تخضع هذه السياسة للتغيير المستمر. ولذلك نحث زبائننا بمراجعتها بين الحين والأخر. تحتفظ (فريش) بحقها بتغيير و تعديل و تحديث و إضافة وإلغاء في هذه السياسة بأي وقت وأى سبب. أي تعديلات يتم نشرها هنا وتصبح فور نشرها قيد التنفيذ.
10- الموافقة على الشروط: باستخدامك للتطبيق فانت توافق على كل الشروط المرفقة.
2- Return policy: If you wish to return the order fully or partially after receiving it at the event of unappreiate quality or wrong order, you can do that while the delivery person is still at your door step. After he departs, we apologize from supporting any returns for hygine & safety purposes. Therefore, we encourage you to inspect your received items in presence of the delivery person and before he departs.
3- Cancel/edit orders: If you change your mind before receiving your order, just cancel/edit order at (my orders) tab before midnight.
4- Images used: Most of the images used in the app and promotion materials have added some improvements to suit the purposes of publishing and does not mean their perfect conformity with the ground.
5- Giving Feedback: Fresh encourages buyers on the app to provide feedback after a transaction has closed. Your feedback will be displayed along with your user ID for management to increase quality.
6- Privecy: FRESH respects your privacy and understands its value in today’s digital world, so this Privacy Policy sets out how FRESH collects, uses and protects any personal information that the Company receives from the users of this app. Fresh asks its users for more personally identifiable information to make their experience with the app a better one, the Company pledges that it will only be used in accordance with this Policy.
We collect the following information:
Name
Contact information, including phone number.
Delivery address information such as area, building and house number.
Orders history
7- Fresh SMS: Fresh uses text messaging to communicate with customers on important matters such as confirmation of requests and sending of important offers.
8- Fresh contact: When the app is installed, a contact with the name of (FRESH Delivery) is created with the mobile numbers of the delivery personnel, to help you to recognise our deliverymen.
9- Policy change: These terms is subject to change, so users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy from time to time. Fresh reserves the right to alter, modify, update, add to, delete from this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. Any changes will be posted here, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted.
10- Accepting: by using the app you approve all the listed terms.
